Shaun Arman 38eecaafcf feat: add missing proxmox backend client functions and Rust command stubs ... Adds 20 new TypeScript client functions to proxmoxClient.ts with typed interfaces, and 20 corresponding Tauri commands in commands/proxmox.rs wired up across Phases 6-15.
