feat: initial implementation of TFTSR IT Triage & RCA application Implements Phases 1-8 of the TFTSR implementation plan. Rust backend (Tauri 2.x, src-tauri/): - Multi-provider AI: OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Ollama - PII detection engine: 11 regex patterns with overlap resolution - SQLCipher AES-256 encrypted database with 10 versioned migrations - 28 Tauri IPC commands for triage, analysis, document, and system ops - Ollama: hardware probe, model recommendations, pull/delete with events - RCA and blameless post-mortem Markdown document generators - PDF export via printpdf - Audit log: SHA-256 hash of every external data send - Integration stubs for Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (v0.2) Frontend (React 18 + TypeScript + Vite, src/): - 9 pages: full triage workflow NewIssue→LogUpload→Triage→Resolution→RCA→Postmortem→History+Settings - 7 components: ChatWindow, TriageProgress, PiiDiffViewer, DocEditor, HardwareReport, ModelSelector, UI primitives - 3 Zustand stores: session, settings (persisted), history - Type-safe tauriCommands.ts matching Rust backend types exactly - 8 IT domain system prompts (Linux, Windows, Network, K8s, DB, Virt, HW, Obs) DevOps: - .woodpecker/test.yml: rustfmt, clippy, cargo test, tsc, vitest on every push - .woodpecker/release.yml: linux/amd64 + linux/arm64 builds, Gogs release upload Verified: - cargo check: zero errors - tsc --noEmit: zero errors - vitest run: 13/13 unit tests passing Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

# make-dir [![codecov](https://codecov.io/gh/sindresorhus/make-dir/branch/main/graph/badge.svg)](https://codecov.io/gh/sindresorhus/make-dir)
> Make a directory and its parents if needed - Think `mkdir -p`
## Advantages over [`mkdirp`](https://github.com/substack/node-mkdirp)
- Promise API *(Async/await ready!)*
- Fixes many `mkdirp` issues: [#96](https://github.com/substack/node-mkdirp/pull/96) [#70](https://github.com/substack/node-mkdirp/issues/70) [#66](https://github.com/substack/node-mkdirp/issues/66)
- 100% test coverage
- CI-tested on macOS, Linux, and Windows
- Actively maintained
- Doesn't bundle a CLI
- Uses the native `fs.mkdir/mkdirSync` [`recursive` option](https://nodejs.org/dist/latest/docs/api/fs.html#fs_fs_mkdir_path_options_callback) in Node.js >=10.12.0 unless [overridden](#fs)
## Install
```
$ npm install make-dir
```
## Usage
```
$ pwd
/Users/sindresorhus/fun
$ tree
.
```
```js
const makeDir = require('make-dir');
(async () => {
const path = await makeDir('unicorn/rainbow/cake');
console.log(path);
//=> '/Users/sindresorhus/fun/unicorn/rainbow/cake'
})();
```
```
$ tree
.
└── unicorn
└── rainbow
└── cake
```
Multiple directories:
```js
const makeDir = require('make-dir');
(async () => {
const paths = await Promise.all([
makeDir('unicorn/rainbow'),
makeDir('foo/bar')
]);
console.log(paths);
/*
[
'/Users/sindresorhus/fun/unicorn/rainbow',
'/Users/sindresorhus/fun/foo/bar'
]
*/
})();
```
## API
### makeDir(path, options?)
Returns a `Promise` for the path to the created directory.
### makeDir.sync(path, options?)
Returns the path to the created directory.
#### path
Type: `string`
Directory to create.
#### options
Type: `object`
##### mode
Type: `integer`\
Default: `0o777`
Directory [permissions](https://x-team.com/blog/file-system-permissions-umask-node-js/).
##### fs
Type: `object`\
Default: `require('fs')`
Use a custom `fs` implementation. For example [`graceful-fs`](https://github.com/isaacs/node-graceful-fs).
Using a custom `fs` implementation will block the use of the native `recursive` option if `fs.mkdir` or `fs.mkdirSync` is not the native function.
